Return Policy
All sales are final. There are not returns or exchanges. Please order carefully.

Cancellation Policy
Due to staffing requirements and as a courtesy to our other clients, please notify us of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance on single service appointments and 48 hours on multiple service appointments to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Our cancellation policies are strictly enforced. Sorry, no exceptions.

Check - in
Please check in with a spa receptionist at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Wear comfortable clothing and we will provide you with robes and slippers.

We recommend that you shower and relax in our lounge before your services to receive full treatment benefits.

Medical Conditions and Medication
Please help us to make your experience at Egyptian Revival safe as well as enjoyable. We ask that you inform us of any medical conditions and/or prescription medications that may be affected by our treatments or services. This information will be kept confidential.

Water Treatments
Please feel free to bring your swimsuit for water treatments in the vichy shower or hydrotherapy tub if this would make you feel more comfortable. Disposable modesty garments are also available. For comfort of our Male clients, swim trunks are required for men for water treatments.

Cell Phones
All Cell Phones and Pagers must be turned off or to silent while in the spa area and salon areas.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available for any service,package, or dollar amount. Custom made gift baskets are also available.

Age Requirements
Our tranquil atmosphere is designed for adults. We cannot accommodate children during your treatment or service. Children are welcome in our salon for services, but must be 12 years of age or older to receive spa treatments. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult while at the Egyptian Revival Day Spa.

Locker Room Facilities
Egyptian Revival offers separate men's and women's locker rooms for your comfort and convenience. Private lockers with locks will be provided to secure your personal belongings. We will not assume responsibility for valuables.

Smoking
Egyptian Revival is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within our spa or salon.

Product Returns
Products purchased in our spa and salon may be returned within 30 days, if accompanied by a receipt; however, no returns on Sothy's products will be accepted.

Prices
All prices are subject to change without notifications.

Payment of Services
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, personal checks, and cash. There is a $25.00 charge on all returned checks.

Gratuity
Gratuities are not included in the cost of treatments and services. For your convenience, gratuity envelopes are available at our reception desk.

Lunch/Dinner
Lunch or dinner may be added to any service for an additional $20.00.
